Each individual may hold only one active Account on the salotspk Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
To register an Account with salotspk, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, pseudonyms, or the details of any other person.
salotspk may require you to complete a KYC verification process before approving withdrawal requests or at any point where there is reasonable cause to verify your identity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify salotspk immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. salotspk will never contact you to request your password by any channel.
salotspk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or where continued operation of the Account would expose salotspk to regulatory or legal risk.
All deposits to your salotspk Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). salotspk accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
salotspk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered to your salotspk Account. Deposits found to originate from a third party will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
salotspk does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. salotspk is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
salotspk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any deposit and to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Withdrawal requests are processed by salotspk to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transfers. salotspk aims to process the majority of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by salotspk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x rollover requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
salotspk reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting an error in the promotion terms. Decisions made by salotspk regarding bonus abuse are final.
salotspk operates a strict one-bonus-per-household and one-bonus-per-IP-address policy for welcome and first-deposit promotions. Players sharing a device, household address, or IP address may not each claim a first-deposit bonus.
All Games available on the salotspk Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a Game or Bet, salotspk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance.
salotspk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed software suppliers for all non-live Games. The outcomes of all RNG-based Games are genuinely random and independent of bet size, Account Balance, or previous results. salotspk does not manipulate Game outcomes in any way.

salotspk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
salotspk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. salotspk is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
salotspk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
salotspk uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.
